Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before it has been processed for shipment.
  • To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at customercare@simons-shop.com, providing your order number and request to cancel. We will process the cancellation and confirm it with you.

2. Cancellations After Processing

  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. However, you may return the item(s) under our Return Policy once the item has been delivered.
  • If you need to make any changes to your order after it has been processed or shipped, please contact us, and we will assist you with the available options.

3. Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

  • For pre-orders or items on backorder, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date. If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact us within 2 days of placing the order, and we will process the cancellation.

4. Refunds for Cancellations

  • If your cancellation is processed before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
