Frame sizes (4×6, 5×7, 8×10, 11×14, etc.) refer to the image opening — the size of photo or print the frame will hold. The outer frame dimensions will be larger.

The paper inside the picture frame is only for illustration, the image the frame actually comes with may differ on website.

Our frames are designed for standard photo prints and card stock cut to size. They are not suitable for stretched canvas paintings.

Our sculptures are crafted from high-quality resin with hand-painted or hand-finished surfaces.

Yes, normally a real glass protector is included. If you don't need the glass, please message us before place the order.

Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file once the refund has been issued by us. Please allow 3-7 business days for the monies to appear on your account.
